Refund Policy:
We offer a 30 day return on all purchases except the Build your Own kit and individual tripod kits. In the event you want to return your trainer, send an email to returns@unlockedgolf.com with your request. Since we are startup company, we will require the purchaser to pay return shipping but will refund the full purchase price once the product is received in good condition.
Defective Product:
If the product is defective, please explain the issue and send a photo of the defective part to returns@unlockedgolf.com and a representative will reach out and resolve the issue in a timely manner. (Broken shafts as a result of training will not be considered as defective)
