Each set comes with a gold routine card but we’ll have the routines on this page to help get you familiar with the activity and the best practices to help you get the most out of your training.
Condition your body for the game like never before. 3 days a week for 6 weeks is all it takes to add distance and gain endurance with the UnLocked Golf swing speed trainer. (Participants have averaged 5mph in 6 weeks) Our training is based off the science of Post Activation Potentiation (PAP). PAP has been found as an optimal method to generate the most speed from our muscles. For this we use the 20/20 rule which is simply; swinging full speed with a trainer that is 20% heavier and after we swing a trainer 20% lighter than a standard driver. By using the gold weight (380 grams) we are recruiting and activating the most muscle fibers that build strength. After the most fibers are activated, we are ready to move to the silver weight (260 grams) to fire our fast twitch muscle fibers and generate as much speed as possible. |
